Diving in Phuket
Boat dives are the most common diving activities in Phuket year around! There are also some fantastic shore dives that can be arranged during the dry season from November to May. Most of the dive boats depart from Chalong Pier, located in southern tip of Phuket.
One Day Dive Trips
All day trip boats are equipped with modern navigation & communication tools, first aid kits & oxygen tanks, sundeck & shaded area, western style bathrooms and fresh water showers. Service, safety practice and food on boats are relatively high standard as there are high competitions in the region that most boat operators try hard to keep up their standard. |
Phuket Boat Diving
When diving from a dive boat, divers get dropped off on the dive site, and get picked up at where the dive ends by the boat (dinghy is occasionally used). There is very little surface swimming involved. A safety balloon is highly recommended to be easily spotted on the surface and usage of dive computers is also recommended especially for advance level dive sites.
Non divers & snorkellers are very welcomed to join our trips at up to 50% discounted rates.
